Action Business Support Services began in 2003 in order to fill a need in the business community that was not being met. A number of small, medium, and even large businesses had certain jobs that they needed done, yet they did not have enough work for a full time employee. The process of repeatedly hiring part-time employees to handle these jobs was also a disadvantage for the businesses as the cost of hiring, training, insuring, and providing benefits to employees who would only be needed for a short time or for a very narrowly-focused job was huge. On the other hand, employees who get settled into a job often don't want to be shifted around or sent away as soon as the project is completed.That's where Action Business Support Services comes in. We provide a wide range of office support services--from secretarial to administrative to tech to janitorial--but without all of the strings attached. Since we are a private contractor, we can provide immediate help (no hiring process), at very reasonable rates (business owners pay a fee instead of wages, taxes, benefits, etc.), for exceptional services (we are well trained and generally provide our own equipment). When the job is completed and our help is no longer needed, we happily go on our way. If our services are needed again at a later date or for an emergency situation, simply give us a call and we will come right back!
